If you change your mind at all after your order you may request a refund, just email sarah@littleletterboxlearning with the details within 14 days of receiving your order.
As Little Letterbox Learning is a small business, customers will be responsible for returning postal charges.
Sadly, we are not responsible if your return is lost in the post. As you are the sender of the item, you will need to contact your shipping service to claim compensation for loss. We would advise that you return items using recorded/tracking delivery to ensure piece of mind. Once we have issued the refund we will email you with conformation.
If your order item is in sale we will sadly not be able to issue a refund or exchange your the item.
We will only be able to exchange items that are damaged or faulty.
If you have received an order that is damaged or faulty we will be happy to issue you with a refund or a replacement product within 28 days of your order arriving. We may ask for you to send a photo of the damage/fault. Please note that anything over 28 days we will not be able to refund.
