Fussy Eaters? Me Too!

As a mum of two, I very much understand the struggles surrounding mealtimes. After lovingly making meals that don’t get touched, usually accompanied by a string of unkind words about said food can leave you feeling exhausted and defeated, especially when it’s happening on a daily basis. I’ve learnt some tips and hacks over the past 7 years and this one has been the sneakiest and yet one of the most successful methods so far, which is why I’m here to share it with you today. I often feel like a magician when it comes to vegetables. Blitzing, dicing and hiding veg in food such as sauces the same colour as the chosen veg but I had an idea to ‘train’ my children’s tastebuds with a food that is in EVERYTHING, Onions. — Fussy Eaters?
